 RESERVATION POLICY
We require a deposit of one day's rate on a two to three
day stay, or $250.00 on a weeks stay. Deposits must be
received within 10 days of making the reservation, as
confirmation. This deposit is applied toward the last
day of your stay. Guests are responsible for the entire
period of their reservation, and are required to notify
us in advance if party numbers change.
PAYMENT POLICY
Your personal check, cash and travelers checks are
happily accepted. We no longer accept Credit or Debit
cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you have to cancel your reservation, we will
refund your deposit, less a $50.00 handling fee.
However, cancellation notice must be received at least
30 days before the first day of the reserved stay. If
cancellation is received in less than 30 days, every
effort will be made to fill the accommodations for the
dates reserved. If we are successful in renting your
accommodation, the deposit paid, less the $50.00
handling fee will be refunded.

Check-In: 3:00p.m. Check-Out: 9:00 a.m.
PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets allowed.

All Rental Is Due Upon Check-In
Each person over the rated capacity per cabin or unit
will be charged $250.00 per week or $40.00 per night.
* Nightly Rate is a minimum of two nights.
